Shipping and Returns

Most of our items are made to order, and may take up to 4-6 weeks to complete and ship. We will email you with a tracking number as soon as your item is en route.  We appreciate your patience!

Returns: Due to the fact we are a small operating business, we do not accept full refund returns unless your piece was damaged during shipping. In which case please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item(s).

Exchanges: If for any reason you would like to exchange an item, you will have a 3 day period once your package has been delivered. Your exchange must be undamaged and in its original packaging. Please email: samihirschdesign@gmail with your name, your  item(s), and the order number to arrange for an exchange.
